1. General

These terms govern use of the Prime Safety South Africa website and any quotation, order or purchase made through or as a result of this website or our WhatsApp, phone or email channels. By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update them; the date above is the current version.

2. Products & Pricing

All product information on this website is provided for general reference only. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted include VAT. No minimum order value applies. Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotations and orders are subject to errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). Prime Safety South Africa reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, specifications or pricing. Photographs are representative and may differ from actual products supplied. The products listed on this website are a selection of our range – a wider range is available on request.

3. Quotations

Quotations submitted via this website or WhatsApp are not binding orders. A formal written quotation will be issued by Prime Safety South Africa following receipt of your enquiry. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Availability of stock is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

4. Payment

• There is no payment gateway on this website. A quote is not an invoice until we confirm the order.
• No cash on delivery. Cash is not accepted by the driver or at the delivery address.
• Cash cap: we accept at most R5,000 including VAT in cash per order, and only on collection at 14 Glen Anil Street, Durban North, when the order is ready.
• Confirmed stock orders under R5,000 including VAT may be paid in full in cash on collection, or by EFT.
• Orders of R5,000 including VAT and above, and any order we must source or make up, require a 50% deposit by EFT before we pack or procure.
• On those orders, the balance may be paid in cash on collection only if the balance is R5,000 or less (order total R10,000 or less). If the balance is more than R5,000, the balance must be paid by EFT.
• EFT is accepted for collection and for delivery. Goods are released or dispatched only after the funds have cleared in our account. A proof-of-payment screenshot is not clearance.
• Every EFT must use the unique quote or order reference we issue. Payments without that reference can delay release.
• Banking details are sent on the written quote or invoice only.

5. Delivery and collection

Orders are packed by us. Delivery in Durban and surrounding areas, timing and any delivery charge are confirmed on the quote. Collection is from 14 Glen Anil Street, Durban North, 4051, during advertised hours, once the order is marked ready.

6. Cancellations and returns

Unused, unopened stock may be discussed case by case before dispatch. We do not accept return of used PPE or of hygiene-sensitive items (including respiratory protection) once supplied. Made-to-order or specially sourced lines are not returnable unless the item we delivered does not match the confirmed quote.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Prime Safety South Africa or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Safety South Africa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Safety South Africa excludes liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. PPE is supplied to the stated standard; the employer remains responsible for correct selection, fit, use and the OHS Act duty to provide suitable PPE.

9. Privacy & POPIA

Prime Safety South Africa collects personal information (name, contact details, enquiry content) solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties except as described in our privacy notice. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting aeikzn5@outlook.com. Prime Safety South Africa complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
